Online Return Policy

Pet Depot, L.L.C. Online Return Policy:

 

Your satisfaction is extremely important to us. In the event you are not absolutely pleased with the new product you purchased from PetDepotOnline, you can request a Return Authorization Number (RA#) within 30 days from the date you receive your order. NO RETURNS are accepted if an RA# is not obtained within 30 days of the date you receive your order. If you received a defective item, please contact the manufacturer about their warranty information. 

 

You must have a RA# to return a product. To obtain an RA# simply email customerservice@petdepot.biz before you return the product back to PetDepotOnline’s warehouse location. Your e-mail must provide: 1.Your Name 2.The order number 3.Your phone number 4.Item being returned 5.Reason for returning the product.

Within 24 hours (except for weekends) after you send your e-mail, we will respond with your RA# and instructions for returning your product.

Returns must be received 14 days after the RA# is issued to receive full credit.

 

We do not accept any packages without an RA# obviously marked on the outside of the package.

 

All returns will be checked by our return specialists. ALL products being returned MUST be in a new re-sellable condition, including original packaging, manuals, accessories, warranty cards, etc. There will be a 10% RE-STOCKING FEE accessed to your order if the product is not re-sellable.

 

All returns must contain their original materials. In the event items or parts are missing from the box, the cost of these items will be deducted from the refund.

 

SHIPPING COSTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE!

NO REFUND will be given to any return that is not in like new condition, such as, having any odors, any debris, or any pet hair, etc.

 

Exceptions for Returns:  The following products are not refundable. Flea and Tick Treatments, Wire and Flag Kits, PetMate Fresh Flow Filters, Treats, PetSafe Batteries (unless package is not torn, opened, taped or cut), Grooming Products that has pet hair or debris associated with it.

Once your return has been inspected please allow 15 days for credit to be applied to the credit card used for purchase.
